What does Gophers and Cheese mean?
While I explained it in my very first post ( here ), many of you might be wondering what "Gophers and Cheese" means. I live in Minneapolis and do most of my riding in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Minnesota is known as the Gopher State and Wisconsin is known for its delicious cheese. The name Gophers and Cheese simply represents Minnesota and Wisconsin. Mystery solved.
