Gophers and Cheese

I've haven't done a great job keeping up with the blog lately.  That will change, but I've been busy with the kids, life in general, a recent moto-camping-fishing trip to the Black Hills, and mounting my Sportster's new rear fender.  I have tons of content to post but I just need time to sit down, edit, organize, and upload it.  I have continued to use Instagram quite heavily and re-post everything from there on Facebook and Twitter so, if you want to catch up on what I've been up to, pick your social media drug of choice and enjoy. http://instagram.com/gophersandcheese https://www.facebook.com/gophersandcheese https://twitter.com/Gophers_Cheese

So the Gophers And Cheese Facebook Page is up and running.  I gave Facebook a good 7 years just to ensure it wasn't a fad and finally decided to jump on the 800 million person bandwagon to see what the big deal is. I am experimenting with NetworkedBlogs to automatically send blog posts from here to my Facebook page.  I am not sure whether there is a better way. The posts don't seem to be showing up in the News Feed so I'm also trying manually posting links. That seems like it may be a better option. If you have any ideas of how to better connect a blog to Facebook, feedback for this site or the Facebook site, or if you just want to say hi, please comment on this post or post something on my Facebook wall.  You can always e-mail me too: gophersandcheese at gmail.com.

This post serves two purposes.  First, it's a cool photo of my Sporty in front of graffiti art on the Intermedia Arts building, which is a small preview of tomorrow's post (get excited).  Second, I am trying to see whether I've configured things correctly to post directly to my new Gophers and Cheese Facebook page .  We'll see... UPDATE: It worked!!!
