Today was a little bit nicer than yesterday. There was more blue sky but still a lot of clouds and I think it was a little windier. Today I headed towards Prescott, WI and then south to Diamond Bluff, WI. That section between Prescott and Diamond Bluff is my absolute favorite stretch of road to ride around the Twin Cities. I stopped briefly at the Nauti Hawg and then went south to County Road O (just before Hager City, WI / Red Wing, MN). I've ridden that road a number of times. I highly recommend it.
This is me cruising somewhere in Minnesota or Wisconsin:
Here is the entry to County Road O from WI-35 as well as some stops along the way:
If you stay on County Road O, the Gas-Lite bar is about 10 miles from WI-35. It is the site of the SCVR Chili Feed, which I attended last year and it was a blast.
After turning around at the Gas-Lite, I rode County Road O back towards WI-35 before heading home.
