Gophers and Cheese

Gophers and Cheese is now part of the Chop Cult's Blogdump!!! To me, it's a big honor and if I didn't see it with my own eyes, I might not have believed it.  Go check it out for yourself before someone over there comes to their senses.

I was happy to see so many Sportsters at Full Tilt .  It'll take a few posts to share them all.  I'll start with the evos.  This bike was built for lane-splitting.  The bars are insanely narrow. Another narrow Sporty.  I like the pipes. A group of bikes near the back of the lot (75% Sportsters). White Iron. I like the Scott H. Biram sticker. I think those are stock headers.  Mufflers are for pussies. I really like the horn. The next post has an evo Sporty and a Buell in it.  Come on back!

There were lots of awesome bikes at Full Tilt Boogie but this knucklehead was one of the best. Speaking of knuckleheads... when the Donorcycles crew rolled in, there was this crazy knucklehead that ended up winning "Best Party Bike". Also in that group of bikes was this flathead.  I didn't get the whole story but was told it's a really rare bike. Caution: Sportsters Ahead...

Shovelheads from Full Tilt Boogie 2013 ... I've said it before but Crazy Frank fenders and Invader wheels are cool. I miss following Speed Club Inc.'s blog.  The site's a lot different now. Serious gas capacity. Love the louvers. Cool headlight. Green flames. I like the paint. Lace. Nice long bike and the pipes flow well with the sissy bar / backrest. Posts will continue through the week.  I still have 2 knuckles and a flathead to share along with almost 50 photos of Sportsters, and some other stuff.  Keep coming back!

Panheads from Full Tilt Boogie 2013 ...  I almost didn't recognize this bike with the new/old tank on it and the new bars.  For me, the headlight gives it away. Seriously, look how different it looks since Full Tilt 2012 with different bars and a different tank. Back to what I saw  this year... this one was absolutley beautiful.  I love the king and queen seat. Rusty goodness. Long bike. I first saw this bike at the Chopper Art Show earlier in the year. I don't remember the actual title but I think the bike took "best in show".  The prize was this athletic piece of taxidermy and I can only image what people thought when they saw it coming down the road, bungeed to the handlebars. So many more bikes to come...
