There is usually a good representation of Japanese bikes at the Bearded Lady (can you tell I'm saving the Harleys for last?). For now, this post is all about Hondas!

Parked next to that was this interesting Honda with what looked like a homemade frame. [UPDATE (3/16): The owner informed me it's actually a Simplex motorcycle with a Honda XL100 engine. Very cool - I love learning new things.]
