Sportster Modifications Complete!

I've been slacking on posts because every night this week I have been putting in very long hours in the garage.  I finished today!!!!!

Here's a list of what I changed over the last 2 months:

• New chrome spoked rear wheel
• New rear tire (Avon Safety Mileage)
• New rear fender with rattlecan lace paint job and custom fender brace
• New pipes (wrapped Vance & Hines short shots)
• New custom license plate mount
• New custom rear fender struts / taillight holders
• Chopped "mini-fender"
• Custom seat bracket
• Mini-horn with custom bracket hidden under motor
• Gas tank paint touch-up
• Removed the belt guards
• Reinstalled the Road King shocks
• Many assorted chromey bits

The Sportster is completely back together and I took it for a ride this evening.  It fired right up on the first try and ran great!  I plan to ride it to First Thursday tomorrow and then take it for its first serious ride this Saturday with some friends.
