New License Plate Bracket
My first task on Saturday was to make a bracket to hang my license plate off the fender brace. I used a piece of 1/8" thick, 1 1/2" wide steel angle. I bolted it to the fender brace with a pair of 5/16" bolts.
The license plate tucks in nice and close to the rotor and will keep most of it out of the wind. I still need to drill the holes for the plate to bolt to but here's a mock-up:
