Stillwater Not Living Up To Its Name

After a stop in Houlton, WI to take pictures by the drive-in, I continued west to Stillwater, MN.  I stopped at P.D. Pappy's for drink and to take some pictures of the river.  Surprisingly, there were very few bikes there.  The water is very high and the sidewalk along the river is submerged.  The water was also unusually rough.
