Return to Baas Acres - Part 1
Kevin Baas threw another pre-Donnie Smith Show party this year. I went two years ago (blogposts here: 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5). Just like last time, Red Desert played and the whole night was a lot of fun.
Here's Kevin addressing the crowd.
Red Desert played two sets and were awesome (as usual). They played a few songs off their latest album "Second Coming of Heavy Chapter Two", which features tracks by Supervoid and Red Desert. I love the whole album but "Hypnotized" is my favorite track and they opened their first set with it. Their first set ended with a cover of Led Zeppelin's "Dazed and Confused", which was great (though sadly it wasn't the half-hour version).
