Donnie Smith Bike Show 2014 - Part 5
2014 was the first year that the Donnie Smith Bike Show became the Donnie Smith Bike + Car Show. The cars were set up in the adjoining Roy Wilkins Auditorium. I saw the White Stripes play there once... what a phenomenal show that was.
With this being the first year of the car show, I wasn't sure what to expect. The number of cars was relatively small compared to most car shows I've been to but there was a really wide variety of styles represented including high-collar customs, hot rods, rat rods, monster trucks, lowriders, drag cars, and more.
I do love rat rods.
Monsters!
I though I overheard someone saying this car was worth a million dollars (or maybe it cost that much to build). It's cool, but I don't know about "a million dollars" cool.
That's it for cars. Shovelheads and an SS-250 are next.
