When I replaced my rear tire last year, I bought a set of new Avon tires (tyres) for both front (Avon Speedmaster MKII) & rear (Avon Safety Mileage MKII) but because I'm cheap and still had plenty of tread left, I didn't change the front at the same time.  Well, the Dunlop finally wore down.  I pulled the wheel and took it to the local dealer for a swap on Saturday and I went to work cleaning up (sanding & polishing) my front brake rotor (not mirror-like, but much-improved).  The Avon makes a big difference and it looks just as good as I knew it would.
