First Ride of 2011

FINALLY!!!  The past week has been relatively warm and a lot of snow has melted.  We've even had a tiny bit of rain that helped to clean up the roads.  Yesterday had a high of 51° and it was sunny - more than ideal for a first ride.  Typically my first ride is in the 30s or 40s.  51 was a treat.  I saw a few other bikes out on the roads too.

Here's a shot taken while sitting outside Bob's Java Hut. There were 3 other bikes there.  A little hot coffee was nice on such a brisk day.

Here are a few shots on some back roads near Champlin.
