Sporty vs Winter - Part 3
I think I mentioned how wet it was around the lakes last weekend. With no front fender and not much of a rear, my jacket and helmet got covered in dirt, sand, salt, and who knows what else.
After I got the bike cleaned up, here's a shot of the road rash on the muffler.
Here you can see a much better pic of how bent the brake pedal was.
I pulled the entire brake lever assembly off.
The two Grade 8 bolts that held it on were bent.
Hopefully it was just the pedal, peg, and the bolts that were damaged. I will replace them and see whether the rest of the parts are straight and solid.
